Absolutely nothing. We reimburse you for the Operator Application fee, then there are zero other costs to you, no monthly fees, no equipment charges, and no installation fees. We provide everything. Bison Skill Gaming handles 100% of the machine investment, you only share in the revenue once the games start earning.

We offer competitive revenue sharing that varies based on location type, foot traffic, and other factors. Typically, splits range from 50/50 to 60/40 in favor of the business owner. We will discuss the exact terms during our consultation call after your application is approved; this way there are no surprises, ever.

We are 100% responsible for all maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. If a machine malfunctions, simply contact us and we will have it fixed quickly, at no cost to you. We also perform regular preventive maintenance visits and have replacement machines on hand to keep downtime near zero.

Yes. We only provide skill-based gaming machines that comply with Wyoming laws and regulations. These are games of skill, not chance. We handle all legal compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements on your behalf so your business remains fully protected.

Typically our machines require just 4–8 square feet of floor space, with up to 30 sq ft for a set of four machines + kiosk. Each one is about the size of a small vending machine. We work with you to find the optimal placement that maximizes visibility and player access without disrupting your day-to-day operations.

From application approval to installation typically takes a few weeks due to Wyoming licensing steps. Once the installed machines go online, you’ll start earning revenue immediately. Your first payment usually arrives within 30 days of installation, with regular payouts on schedule thereafter.

Our partnership agreements are flexible. If you decide the partnership is not working for you, we can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice and we will remove all equipment at no cost to you.

No. Bison Skill Gaming covers liability related to the machines, maintenance, and operations. You are not liable for any issues related to the games. All relevant terms are clearly outlined in our partnership agreement.
